Kicks With Class October 18 2016, 0 Comments

“Dress it up and make it real for me!” These words were uttered in Future’s exemplary hit track, March Madness. Today this phrase can be applied to nearly any facet of life, including sneakers! Kicks are more luxurious and high-end than ever before. In fact, athletic sneakers, are manufactured with higher quality materials than some dress shoes. As plush leathers are met with skyrocketing prices, it's logical to deem what was once casual as formal. Let’s take a look at some of the classier footwear moments in sneaker history.
Avid Sneakerhead, Jason Sudeikis is often spotted rocking a fresh pair of J’s on the red carpet. Pictured above is the Air Jordan 3 LS DTRT. This multicolored release has proven difficult to pull off, especially with a formal fit. Paired with slim fitting khakis and a nice blazer, the Hollywood sensation has the right idea.
Pictured above is a much more subtle, versatile colorway of the Air Jordan 3. Dwyane Wade has proven the Black Cement colorway is worthy of an appearance on the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style. Complemented by a smooth charcoal suit, the three-time NBA Champion found a way to make it work.
The most iconic shoe in sneaker history holds it’s weight in virtually any setting. The Air Jordan 1’s color-blocking quartiles and stylish build make them perfect for most occasions. Frank Ocean’s love for the Air Jordan 1 Royal continues to place him in the sneaker spotlight.
The Adidas Stan Smith is by far a fashion favorite. David Beckham is pictured above styling them with a blue linen suit and black t-shirt. Their simple aesthetic allows them to be utilized in multiple situations.
Last but definitely not least is the Converse All Star. Truthfully, this is the first sneaker to transcend fashion boundaries. A clean pair of chucks with a fly suit is a true testament to your style. Pharrell Williams adopted this timeless trend for his GQ photo shoot.
How will you pull up to the red carpet? Define your style by rocking your kicks with class!
