Your sneakers will be handled with care while our experts go to work on the Upper, Midsole, and perform a deep clean on the entire sneaker utilizing the Patented Laundry System. We will also remove the laces, and get them back to A+ status. We will use a pair of Shoe Trees to reshape and hold their form all the way back to your closet. If your sneakers have suede on them, we will use our Dry Suede Kit to make sure your sneakers are looking their absolute best.

Next, package your sneakers up in a box and ship them to our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona where our sneaker cleaning experts are standing by and preparing for your box to arrive.

*pro tip* When shipping your sneakers, select a service that includes tracking so you can keep an eye on your kicks until they get to our doors. We suggest adding insurance to sneakers when shipping them, just in case.
