Disappointing Experience with Reshoevn8r's White Glove Service
I recently used Reshoevn8r’s White Glove Service for my Travis Scott Cactus Jack sneakers, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. As an avid sneakerhead with over 100 pairs in my collection, I had high hopes for the service, but unfortunately, the outcome was far from satisfactory. Service and Communication Issues: After placing the order, I received a generic email with no instructions on how to ship my sneakers. I had to reach out via Instagram to get the shipping address. This lack of clear communication was the first red flag. Unsatisfactory Cleaning: When my sneakers were returned, they looked worse than before. The laces weren’t removed, one shoe still had traces of dust, the outsoles and air windows were dirty, and there were lint balls inside. This was not the level of service I expected from a premium cleaning service. Damage During Service: On closer inspection, I noticed damage to the toe box that wasn’t there before. Despite their claims that the damage was pre-existing, my pre and post photos clearly show the damage occurred while in their care. The metadata of my photos confirms they were taken just before shipping the sneakers to Reshoevn8r. Customer Service Response: Initially, I received a full refund for the service and a cleaning kit, which lacked the plastic tubs shown in their videos and did nothing to improve the condition of my sneakers. It took more than 12 days to get a response, and only after I posted on their social media did they take my case seriously. Their insinuation that I might have blocked their emails was both inaccurate and insulting. Current Status: Despite my attempts to resolve this amicably, including a proposal to review their best cleaning kit positively, my sneakers remain damaged. I emailed the brand and the owner on June 14, 2024, seeking replacement or compensation, but received no meaningful response until making public comments. Final Thoughts: Reshoevn8r markets itself as a brand for sneakerheads by sneakerheads, but this experience has shown a severe disconnect from that promise. The damage to my sneakers, coupled with poor customer service, has resulted in both emotional and financial loss. I urge others to be cautious and consider my experience before using their services. I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from facing similar issues.

We take great care in handling every pair of shoes that comes into our care and have numerous measures to prevent damage. We understand that you may disagree with our assessment, but we want to ensure you know that we did not damage your shoes. We have detailed photos of how we received your Jordans, showing glue stains on your shoes before our cleaning process. You also previously provided two before videos of your sneakers on May 7th, 2024, which showed glue stains present on the shoes. Attached, you will find a screenshot of the video you sent us showing glue stains that you are claiming we caused. Regarding customer service communication, our records also indicate that your last email was sent on a Saturday, June 14th, 2024, and we responded to you on a Tuesday, June 18th, 2024. Please note that our standard response time is typically within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Upon reviewing our communication history, we noticed that when we reached out to you on June 18th, our email bounced back with an error message suggesting that you may have blocked our email address. We sent the email twice and received errors which we have already emailed you proof of. We value our customers and strive to provide outstanding service, and we are sorry that we could not meet your expectations in this instance.
MY SHOES LOOK NEW
I sent in my shoes and it took about a week and a half to get them cleaned, I was tired of waiting but boy I’m glad I did. My shoes came back so clean it was like they were deadstock. I sent in a pair of my all white Nike off white prestos and let me tell you, I thought they were done with but they really got brought back to life. I highly recommend it, it’s really worth the 100$.

My Gucci Sneakers looks brand new!
My first time using the Reshoevn8ter mail in service. My Gucci sneakers went with me everywhere, including international trips and I thought my sneakers would never look as good as they did when I bought them. I sent them to Reshoevn8ter and the process was very easy. The finished and spotless clean shoes came back to me looking brans new. I have sent in another pair of my designer sneakers for cleaning because I now trust this place with my beloved shoes.
