To learn more about the Washington Football Team players, read below:

Chase Young went second in the 2020 NFL Draft out of THE Ohio State University. Chase may have gone second in the draft to the Washington Football Team but was highly regarded by many to be the best overall player in his draft class. Just last month the NFL awarded Young both the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Month award and NFC Defensive Player of the Month honors for his play during December. Young is also up for the NFL’s Rookie of The Year Award!

Alex Smith is a legendary name in itself when it comes to professional football. Picked first overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft, Smith in his 16-year career has an astounding 35,000+ passing yards. Smith faced much adversity in his career suffering a life-threatening leg injury in November of 2018 and needed 17 surgeries to recover. After missing the entirety of the 2019 season, Smith rejoined the Washington Football team to help lead their campaign to the team’s first playoff appearance in six years!

Seven-year veteran Dontrelle Inman is a product of the University of Virginia like teammate Morgan Moses. The Wide Receiver was drafted in the NFL in 2011 but ended up taking his talents professionally to the Canadian Football League. Inman became a Grey Cup champion with the Toronto Argonauts in 2012. Re-entering the NFL Inman has had great Veteran campaigns for several teams and most recently with the Washington Football Team where he scored two touchdowns.

Morgan Moses from the University of Virginia has been deemed as one of the most vital pieces of the Washington Football Team’s offense. Moses’ reputation during his 6-year career has proved to be so powerful even IHOP honored the Washington Football Team’s longest-tenured offensive lineman. Moses’ penchant for “pancake” blocks that leave defenders flattened was the inspiration behind “Morgan Moses’ Pancakes” which featured Moses’ favorite pancakes filled with blueberries and topped with blueberry compote.

Thomas Davis Sr.’s sixteen-year career has been nothing short of amazing since he was initially drafted in 2005. Davis’ accolades are up there with the best of the best -- he was named to the Pro Bowl in three straight seasons from 2015-17,  a first-team All-Pro in 2015 and also winning the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award in 2014. Davis has spent most of his time in the NFL with the Carolina Panthers but the Washington Football Team knew that they needed a veteran of his caliber to be playoff bound.
