How do I qualify and start earning points?
Reshoevn8r Rewards is available to “Subscribe & Save” and “Executive Club Members” join here and start earning points and getting rewarded!
How do I redeem my points?
You can claim your RESHOEVN8R Rewards here in the Portal. Your available rewards will appear under the “Rewards” Section. Once you click “Get reward”, your voucher will be redeemed and will provide you with a code to apply at checkout to redeem your offer.
How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is on every page in the top bar.
Will my points expire?
Your points will expire 6 months after your last order date
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
Nope, earn as many as you can and go for the big rewards!
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'canceled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled)
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
What happens if I cancel my subscription products?
RESHOEVN8R Rewards were created exclusively for “Subscribe & Save” as well as “Executive Club” members. If you decide to cancel your plan you will be un-enrolled and you will lose any points you have accrued. We suggest “Swapping” your monthly product or “Skipping a month” first if you need some time to think it over.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
You will be re-enrolled. However, your point total will begin from zero.
Where can I report a problem or give feedback?

What happens if I return an item that I used loyalty points to purchase?
If one item is purchased with loyalty points, the points will be refunded to your account along with any funds, if necessary. If multiple items are purchased, the loyalty points will be spread evenly throughout the order and the correlating points will be refunded according to what item/items were returned

RESHOEVN8R Rewards Eligibility: RESHOEVN8R reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the RESHOEVN8R Rewards program, without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of acceptable usage of the RESHOEVN8R Rewards program. We also reserve the right to revoke reward points if we feel the participant has tried to abuse the RESHOEVN8R Rewards program in any way.
