I'm incredibly upset at this product. I sprayed a couple layers on my new Birkenstocks to protect the suede from the rain, but now they are permanently a different color and the suede has lost its integrity and is incredibly stiff, not soft like usual. No warning, ruined my $150 new shoes. DO NOT use on suede.

This is disheartening to hear about your negative experience. While our Repellent does help protect against light amounts of stains and liquids, it does not make shoes 100% water or stain-proof.
