United StatesI order this product along with other products when reshoevn8r had the sale event but I never got it. On top of that, you guys totally forgot about my order and I have to message you guys on instagram to fulfill my order a couple weeks after I ordered it. Finally, my order came in and it’s missing this item. I message you guys the second time on instagram this past Monday and never heard from anyone about my order. This is really upsetting that I have to message reshoevn8r for you to fulfill my order. Until now I have not heard from reshoevn8r and it’s about to be a week since I sent my message. I hope you guys know how to respond in a timely manner to customers like me not to feel this way.

Talk about false marketing. I paid $70 for the entire kit and the laundry bag that STATES RIGHT IN THE LISTING “Each Sneaker Laundry bag will hold two shoes up to a size 12.5 when placed side by side.” Literally barely fits one single size 12 Jordan 5. I’m sorry but these bags should be sold in pairs if they don’t even fit one sneaker. You advertise right on the listing it fits two. Then you see the company comment back to someone stating “ Each bag fits one pair of low to mid-top shoes up to size 12. For larger shoes, use one bag per shoe. Shoes should be soles together, facing opposite directions. High tops or larger than size 12 require an extra bag.” How are you false advertising and then commenting like it’s no big deal? People spend a lot of money to be sold a bag that fits one shoe. And then your company is saying “fits one pair of low to mid top shoes” sounds like a law suit for false advertising of your product.
