    Stiff Bristle Brush Broke

    I bought the brushes about a year ago and the stiff bristle brush started to fall apart after several uses. The wood warped, metal staples rusted and bristles began falling out. The other two brushes in the pack still work quite well. I'm not sure why the stiff bristle brush was so much poorer in quality, but I won't buy it again.

    We are very sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your brushes. What you are experiencing is extremely common and is due to your brushes absorbing too much water, which causes your wood to expand. To avoid this from happening, we would not recommend leaving your brushes in the water, and after you finish cleaning, shake off all excess water.
