Despite contacting support, they claim the fulfillment team has already shipped the item and blame USPS, and asking me to keep waiting. However, I know from experience that USPS should scan the item upon receiving it. For more than 15 days, the status has been stuck at "A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package." Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item FAIRBURN, GA 30213 March 27, 2024, 1:16 pm Gave up all hope with this order.

Been buying from these guys since 2018 back when I first discovered Vick on YouTube. Fast forward and when I placed my biggest order with these guys and priority shipping it still took 6 days to get my stuff. The products are the best sneaker cleaners on the market in my experience, but maybe it’s time you guys began using UPS and FedEx instead of the USPS to truly fulfill customer needs in a promptly matter. Because of the delay I had customers wait on their sneakers which makes my business suffer.
