WHY DO YOU NEED 3 BRUSHES?
Reshoevn8r is unique in our cleaning method as we provide 3 brushes in most of our cleaning kits. These brushes are the Soft, Medium (or All- Purpose) and Stiff Brushes. Each brush works optimally for a different material. The Soft Brush is ideal for suede or knitted materials. The Medium and All – Purpose Brush is great for tougher materials such as leather or canvas. Lastly, the Stiff Brush works best for soles. Using all 3 together will give you the ultimate clean!
HOW TO STORE BRUSHES?
To increase the longevity of your Reshoevn8r brushes we recommend letting them dry bristles down on a flat surface, such as a counter top. This allows all the soap and water to drain out of the wood preventing mold and cracking from occurring. In addition, after using the brushes, we recommend rinsing them thoroughly to remove any soap residue.
WHEN DO YOU NEED TO REPLACE YOUR BRUSHES?
If stored and cared for properly your Reshoevn8r brushes can last you for many cleans to come. Our rule of thumb in regard to replacing brushes, is typically when you start to visibly see the bristles on the brushes fray you can replace them.
WHAT'S THE BEST BRUSH TO RESTORE YOUR NAP?
Restoring the nap (texture) of the suede after a cleaning is usually imperative. If you are working with a really delicate suede it is usually best to brush the suede using a dry All-Purpose Brush, combing in one direction. If that doesn’t work and the suede is still tough you can move to using the Brass Brush. We would only recommend moving to this method if the suede is a rough texture to begin with. Again, combing in only one direction.
WHAT'S THE BEST BRUSH FOR YOUR SOLES?
We recommend using the Stiff Brush first on soles. However, if the soles have a lot of wear and tear or grime stuck deep inside the grooves of the soles you can move onto the Brass Brush. This step is only really recommended on white soles and to use with caution. Also, the Brass Brush can be helpful when cleaning a rubber toe cap area near leather because the brush can be controlled easier which helps the cleaner avoid scrubbing and damaging the leather.
WHEN DO YOU NEED TO DRY BRUSH YOUR SHOES?
If you are working with a shoe that has caked in mud, then you should begin by brushing the shoe using a dry Soft or All-Purpose Brush to remove loose dirt. This step is important, so you aren’t resaturating the dirt and creating wet mud again.

This is really helpful noting the fact that im going to start cleaning shoes to get some money as a a young teen at school. All the rating i’ve seen are 5 stars and i really think that these products are the best for shoe cleaning.
