GAMEDAY KICKS

Posted by Tiffany Santana on

Showing love for your Favorite NFL team has become a weekly tradition for many Americans. Arriving at tailgates, watch parties, and games draped in team gear is half the reason we love sports! Sure, rocking a jersey is festive, but what about the kicks. Let’s direct our attention towards gameday footwear, sported by the league’s most loyal fans.
TEAM: Los Angeles Rams
SNEAKER: Nike Cortez
The Nike Cortez has been a favorite since the 1970’s. This classic runner is depicted in the black/metallic colorway, suitable for casual and sporty wear.
TEAM: Miami Dolphins
SNEAKER: Nike Air Max 180
There’s never a bad time to rock a pair of Air Max’s. The Nike Air Max 180 has dropped in a variety of colors to compliment your team’s swag.
TEAM: New York Jets
SNEAKER: Nike Air Max 90 & Nike Air Force 1
If you’re the type of fan who likes your footwear neutral, perhaps coked-out versions of Nike’s most famed silhouettes are for you. The Nike Air Max 90 and Nike Air Force 1 Low complement any team’s colors.
TEAM: Seattle Seahawks
SNEAKER: Nike Air Foamposite Pro Electric Green
The Seahawks have arguably the most distinctive colors in the NFL. Nate Robinson seized the moment by flexing the Nike Air Foamposite Pro Electric Green during his visit to CenturyLink Field.
TEAM: Detroit Lions
SNEAKER: Air Jordan IV “BRED”
By far the most iconic sneaker in our “Gameday Kicks” segment, the Air Jordan IV Bred brings nostalgia to the tailgate. Although they’re not exactly blue/silver, this Lions fan had the right idea.
TEAM: Carolina Panthers
SNEAKER: Air Jordan XIV “Black Toe”
The post-Superbowl season may not have gone as planned but Panthers fans are still willing to show their support. This little guy has chosen to rock the Air Jordan XIV “Black Toe” to Bank of America Stadium.
There’re still plenty of Games left in the 2016 NFL Season. The next time you’re out supporting your team, be conscious of the kicks you wear. Chances are you could find yourself in the sneaker spotlight!
