Russell Westbrook Wins All-Star Game MVP | Jordan Brand Well Represented

The 2016 NBA All-Star game was hosted by Toronto and focused their attention on Kobe Bryant. Celebrating the 18-time All-Star selection, Kobe still chose to take a backseat to the youngins' of the league.

Russell Westbrook had no problem taking over the performance. Off 23 shots, Wesbrook converted 12 of them (7 three-pointers) en route to a Western Conference leading 31 points and the MVP award.

For the East, Paul George was an offensive scoring machine with 41 points on 9 made three-ponters but the 20 point loss kept him from a serious MVP contention.

Doing a great job representing Jordan Brand, Wesbrook donned the Jordan XXX in a special "Cosmo" colorway.

Also repping the Jumpman, there was Chris Paul, Kawhi Leonard, LaMarcus Aldridge, Andre Drummond, Carmelo Anthony, and Jimmy Butler (inactive). John Wall also donned Jordan footwear on the court (French Blue XIIs that are scheduled to release at the end of March). Since his deal with adidas expired, Wall is a sneaker free agent and has been seen in Nike and Jordan products.

To top it off, Jordan Brand also had rapper, Drake. As you already know, Drake is from Toronto and even has two collaborations release.

Next year, Charlotte will be hosting the festivities. As you may remember, Michael Jordan is the owner of the Charlotte Hornets. While Jordan Brand created tons of hype and brought excitement to the '6,' expect Jordan Brand to make even more noise in 2017.
