Top Kobe X On Court That Aren't General Releases July 11 2015, 0 Comments

Basketball shoes are on entire another level. With NikeiD kicking in the variety of unique kicks are endless. Okay not endless but the numbers are exponential. With the NBA regular season over, we have the Drew League for the pros and amateurs to show out and the Summer League running for the next couple weeks.

Nick Young

We'll start things off with Nick "Swaggy P" Young. While he's not sure if the Lakers are going to keep him with the addition of "6 Man" Lou Will, he's still rocking the purple and gold. No stranger from the internet, he took it to NikeiD to come up with another pair of his own swaggy shoes.

D'Angelo Russell

Keeping the theme going, the Lakers' next superstar also laced up a pair of Kobes. Smart decision kid. In his first Summer League game, the point guard from Ohio State brought heat in a Kobe OG colorway. The Del Sol was a nice touch to the Lakers' simple white and purple unis.

Jahlil Okafor

This one is bit of a bummer. Jahlil worked out for the Lakers in his 'Duke' Championship inspired Kobe X and was thought to be selected second. The Lakers passed on the big man and took the guy from above, D'Angelo Russell. Selected to a crowded front court, he will now run with the Sixers and Ben Franklin.

Stanley Johnson

Good guy Drew Ruiz was out at the Drew League and snapped a photo of Stanley Johnson's Kobe X. In a clean colorway, the all white upper is contrasted with a beautiful gold Swoosh and accents while the translucent outsole is hit with a eye popping red. Swaggy's iD pair had his 0 while Stanimal rocked the SJ initials on the heel iD.
