Nike Kobe X Drew League Champions May 20 2015, 0 Comments

The Drew League has been a staple in Los Angeles basketball since 1973. Most have never heard of the Drew until the NBA went into a lock out and the NBA pro ballers began to walk through those doors. The attention came when the stars like Kobe Bryant, Nick Young, Brandon Jennings, and James Harden laced up their kicks and balled out.

On May 16th, the latest season of the Drew kicked off. Returning to defend their crowns, the 2014 Drew League Champs were in for an awesome surprise. Hank's Houdini's All Stars claimed a pair of Nike Kobe X in a black, white, and gold colorway. The tongue featured the Kobe Mamba gene print with a "Drew" "Champs" inscription. Life truly is better when you're a champion.

These were created off Nike iD and if you truly want to be apart of that team, you can create an identical pair on Nike iD for yourself. Former NBA standout, Baron Davis is back home and hooping for BB4L. For those in the Los Angeles area, we strongly encourage you to head to gym on the corner of Compton and Firestone.
