Another Olympic themed Air Jordan is on the way! The Air Jordan 5 Bronze is scheduled to release this September, celebrating the 2016 Olympics in Rio. Strangely, this is the second Air Jordan 5 iteration that pays homage to this year’s games.
If lighter colors aren’t your cup of tea, maybe this bronze/obsidian take is for you. This silhouette is known for its versatility, having debuted in leather, suede, and patent leather. Arguably one of the best models to wear with jeans, the Air Jordan 5 is a favorite for most sneakerheads. It's always refreshing to see JB experiment with different color palettes.
Bronze is found across the tongue and midsole. Obsidian covers the majority of this sneaker, contrasting well with metallic overlays. The shoe rests atop a clean, white midsole complete with a translucent air bubble. Like most modern releases, a blue tinted icy sole is included. Finished with a bronze lace lock, this release is ready for Rio. Look for the Air Jordan 5 Bronze to drop September 24th for $190. Are these a must cop for you?
