In the latest blockbuster, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the film brought two iconic superheroes into one film. While its strange to see superheroes fight one another, it made us think about the sneakers that were influenced by the two icons.
Here are some of our favorite and most memorable Superman and Batman kicks:
In 1991, Batman was played by Michael Keaton. Nike created a boot version of the Jordan 6 for Batman Returns.
If you're new to the shoe game, you probably don't know the hype behind Bapestas. In 2007, Bape released a DC Comics collaboration. It also featured the Flash and Wonderwoman who are also in the movie. These Air Force 1 inspired kicks came in ultra unique packaging for a sneaker.
The variations of Batman also come in sneaker colorways. The Dark Knight gets goes dark but adds hues of grey and a metallic blue. Or you can always go with the black, grey, and yellow for the classic Bat hero.
In Superman's defense, it is way easier to carry out a combination of black and yellow than red, blue, and yellow.
Of course you have to add the Air Jordan Doernbecher 4s. Created by Isaiah Scott and inspired by his nickname, Superman, the actual logo makes its way to the shoe.
